I began my career as a Registered Massage Therapist in Toronto in 2001 after graduating from Centennial College's Massage Therapy program. After becoming registered in Ontario, I spent the majority of my early career at Mayfair Racquet and Fitness Club, where I had the opportunity to work with professional athletes as well as individuals who were committed to maintaining an active, healthy lifestyle.

After several years, I moved to Banff and joined the world-renowned Willow Stream Spa. There, I refined my clinical skills while mastering the art of relaxation-focused massage. These two distinct experiences helped shape my unique treatment style, combining effective deep tissue techniques with the calming, restorative elements of a spa experience.

Since then, I have worked internationally before settling on Vancouver Island, where I have continued to practice and help clients achieve their health and wellness goals.

My goal as an RMT is to help people maintain and improve their mobility, posture, and overall well-being while reducing pain and tension. I believe massage therapy should not only relieve aches and discomfort but also promote relaxation for both the body and mind. I also encourage clients to take an active role in their health by incorporating stretching, strengthening exercises, and self-care into their daily routines.
